    The Natchez Trace Century Ride is quickly becoming the largest spring cycling event in Mississippi. Over 700 cyclists each year have jump started their cycling season while discovering our small town charm and hospitality and pedaling on stretches of national scenic byway. This ride starts and ends in Ridgeland and provides an experience for riders of all ages and abilities.

    With your choice of distances from 8, 25, 50, 62,  and 100 miles with mild to moderate elevation, it is a great ride to find your stride and other specialties along the route. There will be “energizer” stops, food, water, gatorade every 10-15 miles.

    The Natchez Trace Century Ride will take place on Saturday, May 6 at 7:00 a.m., and will start at the Ridgeland Recreational Center.  Registration fee includes: ride, event t-shirt, swag bag, post-ride meal. Participants must be registered by April 1 in order to ensure a t-shirt and swag bag.

  • Farm to Fork Ride or Run

    Description

    Extra Table is honored to host the Farm to Fork Ride and Run. Participants can choose to ride ( 62, 48, or 32 miles) or run (5k, 10k, or 1/2 marathon) with us on May 13, 2023 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi while simultaneously helping Extra Table purchase healthy, shelf stable food for our partnering food banks and soup kitchens in Mississippi.

    Parking for the race is in an open grass field 100 yards from the start/finish line.

    The Priority One Bank finish line party is adjacent to the start/finish line and again 100 yards from where athletes park their car.

    The 62 mile bike ride will start at 7:00 am while the 48 and 32 mile bike rides will start at 8:00. All bike distances will be on open country roads and finish the last 4 - 6 miles (depending on your distance) on the flat and fast Longleaf Trace. No headphones allowed and riders must follow all traffic signs/rules.

    All running distances will start at 8:30 am. The half marathon will be in the 1st corral, 10k 2nd corral, and 5k 3rd corral. All running distances will be on the Longleaf Trace. This is a down and back flat and fast race course supported with aid and food stations. If you are looking to set a PR (personal record) ... this course is the one for you.

    ALL CYCLIST AND RUNNERS WILL RECEIVE A BIG FORKIN' MEDAL AT THE FINISH LINE.
